Intimate hotel with pool views over kotor's bay and superfriendly and accommodating staff. Luxurious and spotless room, amazing bathroom. Incredible and particularly good location, steps away from a victorian museum. Pleasant restaurants. Great pool, parking on-site. The ambience was quiet.

Everything was lovely, very friendly staff, fantastic views on the Bay of Kotor. The room I got was well-equipped and brand-new. The location was the best, just a short walk away from The Cavern Club. The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a very nice area.

The location is ideal as it's near to Perast, Budva and Kotor and Old Town. Special atmosphere, even so some people working here are just terrible.

By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in Kotor, had much fun. Location: the hotel was not far from the beach road, mountains, and nearby restaurants. We got quiet room with view. A mini fridge bar, climate control, and an individual safe available were an advantage.

I have had a quite comfortable experience, this beautiful small, clean hotel deserves more than 4 stars. The staff were more than helpful when I wanted something. The room was brand-new and well-designed, with a beautiful view on the sea and mountains. Thoroughly enjoyed the location on the bay. Besides, Ljuta was 2 km away from the venue. I spent 3 nights and will be back.

Everything was awesome, GOOD service, incredible location next to the Old Town, the bay and the private dock / beach. Relaxing bar on-site, fairly quiet and luxurious room with garden view as well as marvelous views.
